What happens to my coins if a creation fails?
They come back automatically. When an image or video fails, Luren AI returns whatever it used, whether that was purchased coins, plan coins or a free creation, and when coins were used, the failed item in History says they were refunded. A typed prompt stopped by the safety filter is blocked before anything is charged.
Where to see the refund
- In History, the failed item shows how many coins were refunded and lets you try again.
- On your balance screen (tap the coin counter, then View Details), the transactions list shows an Image refund or Video refund entry.
- Tap Why? on a failed item to see the likely reason and a tip, such as trying again in a few minutes or using a different photo. More in why a creation can fail.
What isn't refunded automatically
Automatic refunds cover creations that fail. If a creation finished but something is clearly wrong with it, or a refund you expected never arrived, write to [email protected] with your User ID from Settings and a short description.
