How do I get a refund for a Luren AI purchase?
Subscriptions and coin packs are sold through the App Store or Google Play, so you request a refund from Apple or Google, who decide under their own policies. On iPhone, use Apple's Report a Problem site; on Android, request it through Google Play within 48 hours of buying, or write to [email protected] after that. Coins spent on a creation that failed come back automatically, so you don't need to ask for those.
Request a refund from Apple
Apple decides App Store refunds. These are the steps from Apple's guide, Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Choose the option to request a refund.
- Select the reason and continue.
- Select the Luren AI subscription or coin purchase and submit the request.
- If you can't find the charge, check your email for the Apple receipt: the purchase may be on a different Apple Account.
Request a refund from Google Play
Google says you may be able to get a refund within 48 hours of a purchase, depending on its details. After 48 hours, Google asks you to contact the developer, so write to [email protected].
- Go to play.google.com and sign in with the account you paid with.
- Click your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history.
- Find the order and choose Report a problem.
- Choose the option that fits, say that you'd like a refund and submit.
- Google's guides: Request a refund on Google Play and refund policies for apps and in-app purchases.
When to contact Luren AI support
Write to [email protected] if coins you paid for never arrived, if a failed creation's coins didn't come back, or if something else went wrong with a purchase. Include the User ID from Settings > App Information and, if you have it, the store receipt. Refunds are also covered in the Terms of Use (linked at the bottom of every page on this site, and under Settings > Terms of Service in the app).
