Do Luren AI coins expire?
Coins you buy don't expire: they stay in your balance until you spend them, even if you cancel a Pro subscription. Plan coins, the ones that come with Pro, work differently: they refill every billing cycle, and any you haven't used expire when the subscription renews. The app spends plan coins first, so the coins you bought last as long as possible.
Two kinds of coins
Your balance screen lists the two kinds separately under Coin Breakdown: tap the coin counter at the top of the Image or Video tab, then View Details.
- Purchased coins: bought in packs, and they never expire.
- Plan coins: included with Pro and refilled every billing cycle. Unused plan coins lapse at renewal.

When purchased coins can be lost
Purchased coins only leave your balance when you spend them, with one exception: if you ask us to delete your data, the coin balance is deleted with it, so use your coins first.
