How do I delete my Luren AI data?
Luren AI signs you in anonymously, so there is no account to delete inside the app: the team removes your data on request. Email [email protected] and include the User ID shown in Settings under App Information. Cancel any Pro subscription with Apple or Google first, because deleting your data does not stop store billing.
How to ask for deletion
There is no delete button in the app, so the request goes to the team:
- If you have Pro, cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account.
- Open the Filters tab and tap the settings icon at the top of the screen.
- Scroll to App Information and note your User ID. A screenshot is the easiest way to keep it.
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data", your User ID and whether you use iPhone or Android.
- You can also send the request with Contact Support in Settings, which attaches your User ID for you.
What gets deleted
Deletion removes your History, the records of what you made including your prompts, and your coin balance. It can't be undone, and coins left on the account are not refunded, so use them first.
The Privacy Policy (linked at the bottom of every page on this site, and under Settings > Privacy Policy in the app) explains what else is removed, how long it takes and which records, such as purchase records, may be kept.
Removing single items instead
To remove one image or video, open History, long-press it, tap Delete and confirm. That removes it from your History. To remove everything, including the records of past creations, send a deletion request.
