Why did my Luren AI creation fail?
Most failures have one of two causes: the model was too busy at that moment, or a safety filter stopped the request or its result. Tap Why? on the failed item in History to see which it was and what to try. Either way, the coins or free creation it used are refunded automatically.
The model was busy
If the app says the model is very busy, nothing is wrong with your prompt or photo. Wait a few minutes and try again, or pick a different model for the same idea.
A safety filter stopped it
AI models refuse some requests, and the app tells you when that is the likely reason. People named in the prompt, brand names, sensitive content, or a photo in which the face is hard to see can all set it off.
- Rephrase the prompt and leave out the names of real people and brands.
- Try a different or clearer photo in which the face is fully visible.
- For a ready-made style, try another photo before you try another style.
Other reasons
- It took too long and timed out: use a shorter, simpler prompt, or a simpler source image for a video.
- The model returned nothing: make the prompt more concrete.
- Change Clothes asked for another photo: add one of the clothing as well as the person.
- The app asked you to wait: that isn't a failure, just the limit on how many creations can run at once.
