How do coins work in Luren AI?
Coins are the app's currency: each image or video uses a number of coins that depends on the model, the quality and, for video, the length. You buy coins in packs through the App Store or Google Play, and a Pro subscription adds plan coins every billing cycle. The app shows the cost before you generate and always spends plan coins before the coins you bought.
Plan coins and purchased coins
Your balance is made of two kinds of coins. The app explains both in its How Coins Work sheet, which you open with the question mark next to Coin Breakdown on your balance screen.
- Plan coins come with a Pro subscription and refill every billing cycle. Plan coins you haven't used expire when the subscription renews.
- Purchased coins are the ones you buy in packs. They are yours to keep and don't expire, even if you cancel a subscription.
- Plan coins are always spent first, so the coins you bought are saved for when plan coins run out.
Buy coins and check your balance
- Tap the coin counter at the top of the Image or Video tab.
- Choose View Details to see your balance, the split between plan and purchased coins, and your transactions.
- Choose Purchase Coins to see the packs, then confirm the purchase with Apple or Google.
- The coins are added to your balance once the payment goes through.
If a creation fails or is blocked
If a creation fails, the coins it used go back to your balance automatically, and the refund appears in your transactions. A typed prompt stopped by the safety filter is blocked before anything is charged. See what happens to coins when a creation fails.
