How do I cancel my Luren AI subscription?
Luren AI Pro is billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel it in your store account, not inside the app. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions; on Android, open your subscriptions in Google Play. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and deleting the app does not cancel it.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
These are the steps from Apple's guide, Cancel a subscription from Apple:
- Open the Settings app and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Luren AI subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find it.
- If there is no Cancel button, or you see an expiration message in red, the subscription is already cancelled.
Cancel on Android
These are the steps from Google's guide, Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play:
- On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play, signed in with the Google account you subscribed with.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions on screen.
- If you can't find the subscription, it may be on another Google account. Switch accounts in Google Play and look again.
What happens after you cancel
- Pro stays active until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and then it doesn't renew.
- Coins you bought stay in your balance and don't expire.
- Your History stays in the app.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, so don't leave it to the last day.
