Can I use Luren AI images commercially?
According to the Luren AI Terms of Use, Pro subscribers may use what they create commercially, and that licence depends on keeping the subscription active. On the free plan, what you create is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. In both cases you keep ownership of the photos you upload.
What the Terms of Use say
What applies is the Terms of Use (linked at the bottom of every page on this site, and under Settings > Terms of Service in the app), and the terms can change. In short:
- Free plan: a limited licence for personal, non-commercial use.
- Pro subscription: a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for personal and commercial use, tied to an active subscription.
- Your uploads: you keep ownership of the original photos and content you upload.
- Coins: the terms tie commercial use to the subscription and don't mention coin packs. If you only buy coins and need commercial rights, ask [email protected] first.
Other people's rights still apply
A licence from Luren AI doesn't cover rights that belong to someone else. The terms don't allow content that infringes third-party rights or impersonates a person, so use photos of other people only with their permission, and leave out logos, characters and trademarks you don't own.
