Which AI models does Luren AI use?
Luren AI is not one AI model: it brings several image and video models from different companies into one app. For images it offers Google's Nano Banana family, OpenAI's GPT Image 2 and GPT Image 2.5, ByteDance's Seedream, Alibaba's Qwen-Image 3.0 and xAI's Grok Imagine; for video, Google's Veo 3.1, Kuaishou's Kling, ByteDance's Seedance and xAI's Grok Imagine Video. Luren AI is not affiliated with these companies.
Image models
- Google: Nano Banana, Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana 2.1, Nano Banana 2 Lite and Nano Banana Pro.
- OpenAI: GPT Image 2, and GPT Image 2.5 in its Flare and Sunburst versions.
- ByteDance: Seedream 4.5, and Seedream 5 in its Pro and Lite versions.
- Alibaba: Qwen-Image 3.0, for long briefs and text-heavy designs.
- xAI: Grok Imagine.
Video models
- Google: Veo 3.1, plus the quicker Veo 3.1 Fast.
- Kuaishou: Kling, which also powers the AI dance videos.
- ByteDance: Seedance.
- xAI: Grok Imagine Video.
Who picks the model
In the Image and Video tabs you choose the model yourself. Many ready-made styles, video effects and dances come with a model already chosen for that look. The line-up changes as new models arrive; the AI models page has a page for each one.
